How can I find an item on SafeSavings.com?
To find a specific item, you may use the search bar to search by item names or product number. You can also click on Shop by Department in the upper left-hand corner of SafeSavings.com to find the category or subcategory that contains the items you are looking for. In some cases, you may be able to use certain filters on the left side of the page to further narrow down your results.
When does my order ship?
SafeSavings strives to ship out orders within the same business day. We send you an email when your order is processed and an additional email to confirm once your order ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date. Let the order tracking begin!
Do you ship to my area?
We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Since we deliver bulk, our boxes are too big to qualify
Do you ship to offices?
Absolutely! Office managers love SafeSavings for our convenience, bulk selection, low prices and great service.
Are transactions on your site secure?
Security is super important to us. We focus on providing a secure environment that goes above and beyond industry security standard and guidelines. We use a payment solution that is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider and we hold a PCI DSS Merchant Compliance Certificate.
What are my payment options?
For your convenience, SafeSavings accepts payment via cash, business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Do you accept EBT?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept EBT at this time.
How is my order shipped?
We ship with UPS. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Certain deliveries may require a signature and this determination is at the sole discretion of the carrier's driver. Due to the size of our bulk items, large orders may arrive in multiple boxes.
Where is my order shipped?
All orders are shipping out of our Northeast Fulfillment center located in Cinnaminson, NJ. Third-Party items ship directly form the manufacturer.
Can I expedite my order?
To qualify for expedited shipping, SafeSavings must receive your order before 3pm CT, Monday through Friday. SafeSavings does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs. and may not contain any hazardous materials. Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How can I track my order?

How do I know the promo was applied to my order?
As long as you clipped a coupon and followed the coupon details including the offering and eligible items, the coupon would be applied at checkout listed under "coupon savings". You can also find it in your confirmation email.
How do I apply my promo code?
When you are ready to check out, click the "Have a promo code/gift card?" link. Enter your promo code in the field and click apply.
Why isn't the promo code working?
Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping address?
Please email Support@SafeSavings.com with the order number. We will try our best to help before the order ships out.
What if the product image and the product title don't match?
While we try our best to ensure that all product listings are accurate, manufacturer-supplied images may occasionally differ slightly from the product listing. Please refer to the product attributes for the most accurate information for these products. If you have any further questions about specific products, feel free to contact us at (800) 448‑3456.
My item is no longer in stock. Will it be available again?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service team at (800) 448‑3456 and we will be happy to look up information regarding a product's availability and lead time.
